Who this is for
Built for search principals who own the shortlist.
You are a Principal, Partner, or Managing Director at a retained executive search firm. You own the shortlist quality your client sees. By the time you present a longlist, every candidate has been referenced, met, and screened by your researcher team. The bit that traditionally eats your researcher a week is the online vetting: news, social, foreign-language press, regulatory checks, old social history. You want that work compressed into a one-day, per-candidate report so you can free up researcher time, hand the client a more thorough package, and add a defensible paid line item to the invoice.
What executive search principals need from vetting.
Four things search firms ask for. We built all four into one lookup.
A report the client can hold
A scored, print-ready reputation report on every shortlisted candidate. Not a Google summary. A scored artefact across eight pillars, ready for the client folder the same day it runs.
Researcher time saved, measured in money
Eight hours of researcher time per candidate, at a $150 blended hourly cost, is $1,200 you can redeploy per shortlist. A 10-lookup pack pays for itself on one engagement.
Eight languages, one clean English summary
Senior placements are cross-border. Our sweep covers English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, and Portuguese press. You get a clean English summary the next morning, whatever the language of the source.
A paid line item on the invoice
A pack of 10 lookups is $1,999. One engagement fee on one CEO search covers the whole pack and leaves change. Most principals pass the cost to the client as a named line item on the search proposal.
How Reputation Scorecard helps
Due Diligence Lookups: one report per candidate, in one day.
Buy in packs of 1, 10, 50, or 250 lookups. Each lookup runs a full public-source sweep on one named person: news, social, professional profiles, legal records, and press in eight languages. The scored report is ready in 24 hours, formatted to hand directly to your client.
A pack of 10 lookups is $1,999. One engagement fee on one CEO search covers the whole pack. Most principals pass the cost to the client as a named line item on the search proposal, so it is cost-neutral from the first engagement.

Three ways search firms use Reputation Scorecard.
Real scenarios from the principals this product was built for.
The board-search shortlist
You are running a non-exec search for a FTSE-100 board. The client wants every shortlisted name vetted online before the chair meets them. You buy a pack of 10 lookups, run six names in 24 hours, and hand the chair a tidy folder. Two candidates fall off the list before the interview round.
The international CEO search
The client is hiring a Tokyo-based CEO for a London-listed industrial. Your researcher does not speak Japanese. You run a $249 lookup with eight-language coverage and get a clean English summary back the next morning. The candidate goes to interview.
The discreet check on the front-runner
You and the client agree the front-runner needs deeper investigative work. You buy a $249 lookup as a fast first sweep, then commission investigative specialists for the deep-dive on whatever surfaces. We catch the easy wins; they catch the rest.
Questions search principals ask before buying.
Can we white-label the report under our firm?
Yes. On the Agency Platform plan you control the cover, colour palette, and footer. Due Diligence reports inherit your branding when you bundle the two products. Your client sees your firm's name, not ours.
Is this a FCRA-compliant background check?
No. We are not a Consumer Reporting Agency. Use us alongside a registered CRA on US hires, not instead of one. See the legal note on the Due Diligence page for full details.
What about GDPR consent for the candidate?
We process public sources under legitimate interests. You and your client share responsibility for the legitimate-interests assessment under GDPR. We give you the evidence trail so you can demonstrate the lawful basis.
How does this compare to a Kroll-style investigation?
Kroll is investigative work at $15,000 to $100,000 per report and two to six weeks. We are $249 in 24 hours. Use us on the longlist to screen quickly; use an investigative firm on the front-runner if something surfaces.
Can a candidate see the report that was run on them?
Under GDPR, yes, on request within 30 days. We will tell them which firm commissioned it. Brief candidates accordingly if you operate in GDPR markets.
Want to white-label the reports under your firm?
The Agency Platform lets you put your logo, colours, and domain on every report and every alert email. Bundle it with a Due Diligence pack and the client sees only your firm.
Running succession or board-effectiveness advisory?
Executive Monitoring tracks the placed candidate or sitting director on an ongoing basis. Offer it as a post-placement add-on and add another line to the invoice.
