Everything you need to know about your Reputation Score, the Trust Passport, pricing, privacy, and how Reputation Scorecard compares to other options.
Getting Started
What is Reputation Scorecard?
Reputation Scorecard tells you what people find when they search your name online. We measure 8 different parts of your reputation and give you one score from 0 to 100. Think of it like a credit score, but for what shows up about you on Google. Then we tell you exactly how to make it better.
How long does it take to get my score?
About 2 minutes. You sign up with your name, we search the internet for you, and you get a full report. Your score, the 8 parts of your reputation, and every page, photo, or post we found about you online.
Is this for businesses or individuals?
People only. Not companies. Most reputation tools are built for businesses. Reputation Scorecard is the only one built for a single person and their name.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Reputation Scorecard works in any web browser. Nothing to download. No app to install. Sign up and your first search starts straight away.
Your Score and the 8 Pillars
How is my score calculated?
Your score comes from 8 separate scores, one for each part of your reputation: Search Control, Social Influence, Authority, Brand, Privacy, Public Profile, Endorsements, and Crisis Readiness. Each part has its own score, based on real things we found about you online. Every point of your score links back to a page, photo, or post you can see for yourself in your Evidence Hub.
What are the 8 pillars?
Search Control: what shows up when someone searches your name. Social Influence: how big your audience is across social media. Authority: how clearly people see you as an expert. Brand: whether your story is the same everywhere. Privacy: whether your private details are leaking online. Public Profile: how complete your work profile is. Endorsements: who else recommends you. Crisis Readiness: how ready you are if something bad shows up. Read the full breakdown at /resources/methodology.
How can I improve my score?
Each part of your reputation has its own Missions. Missions are short, simple tasks that lift that score. Premium and Platinum members also get Marina, an AI coach. Marina looks at your score, what we found about you, and what you want, and tells you the one thing to do next.
Why did my score change?
The internet changes every day. A new article, a podcast, a data leak, anything new about you can move your score up or down. Premium and Platinum members get Live Alerts the second something changes.
Trust Passport
What is a Trust Passport?
Your Trust Passport is a public web page that proves who you are and what your reputation looks like. It shows your score, your verified qualifications, and your background checks. You send the link to a recruiter, client, or investor. They open it and see proof in seconds.
Who can see my Trust Passport?
Only the people you send the link to. Your Trust Passport sits at app.reputationscorecard.ai/p/your-username. Google and other search engines will not show it unless you ask. You decide whether to make it public, link-only, or completely private.
Can I hide things from my Trust Passport?
Yes. You can hide any background check, any score, or your bio. Hidden items show as "Hidden by owner" so people know something is there, but they cannot see what. You stay honest without giving up your privacy.
Pricing and Plans
What is included in the free plan?

Privacy and Trust
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data lives in Germany. It never leaves the EU. We never sell it. We never share it for ads. Everything is locked up so only you can see it.
Where is my data stored?
In Frankfurt, Germany. Every step of the work happens inside the European Union. We never copy your data to the US, UK, or anywhere else, even if our team works from there.
Will recruiters know I used Reputation Scorecard?
Only if you send them your Trust Passport link. Reputation Scorecard never shows up on your public profile, in search results, or on social media unless you put it there yourself. Most members stay private and only share their Trust Passport when they want to.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. GDPR was built in from day one. You can see everything we have about you whenever you want. You can download all of it. You can delete it all in one click and we forget you forever. We always ask before doing anything new with your data.
When Things Go Wrong
What happens if my scan errors out?
You get your credit back automatically. We built a self-healing system we call Medical Aid Coverage. The moment anything goes wrong, like an upload fails or a database hiccup, the system spots it within seconds, refunds your credit, and tries again. You see a quick message: "Hiccup recovered, you are good." No support ticket needed. No money lost.
How do you make sure nothing slips through the cracks?
Three layers of protection. (1) Most fixes are pure code that runs the moment a problem appears. (2) Cleaning robots run in the background every 5 minutes and tidy up anything that did not heal the first time. (3) For anything truly new that our system has never seen, it goes into a special queue. The next time the team looks at the system, they fix it for everyone, forever. Nothing gets ignored.
Will I ever pay for something that broke?
No. If anything you paid for did not deliver, you are refunded automatically. Even if a scan fails halfway through, even if a report is stuck for too long, even if a webhook is delayed by your bank. The Medical Aid system catches all of it and gives your money back without you having to ask. We never want to charge you for something that did not work.
Does someone watch the system 24/7?
Yes, but not a human. The system watches itself. It runs a fake test scan every night to make sure everything still works. If anything ever drifts off course, the system fixes itself or, in rare cases, sends a single alert. You will never see "system down" in the middle of the night. The system was designed to handle tens of thousands of people running scans at the same time without breaking a sweat.
How does Reputation Scorecard know when something breaks?
We watch everything from end to end. The journey of one click has 19 checkpoints, from your browser to our network to our database to every outside service we use (payments, email, AI). At every checkpoint we check that the click did what it should. If anything is even slightly off, we know in seconds and fix it before you notice. We also watch the watcher. Every 10 minutes the system checks itself to make sure it is still doing its job. If the watcher is ever silent, a backup alert goes off so the team knows. Nothing important to you is ever left unchecked.
What if the system's own notes get cut off or scrambled?
Good question. Computer logs sometimes get cut in the middle, like a book missing pages. We have a checkpoint just for this. Every note our system writes about itself gets checked for completeness. If a page is missing, the system goes back and reads the full record from a backup source, glues the pages together, and gives the complete story to the team that does the fixing. So even when the writing breaks, the reading never does.
Comparisons
How is this different from a Google search?
A Google search shows you 10 links. Reputation Scorecard searches over 50 places, checks each item is really about you, sorts everything into the 8 parts of your reputation, and tells you what to do about each one. Google shows you the symptoms. We give you the diagnosis and the cure.
Do I still need a PR agency?
For most people, no. PR firms cost $3,000 to $10,000 every month, are built for big companies, and only check in every three months. Reputation Scorecard costs $34.50 a month, is built for one person, and works every single day. If something serious happens, you might still want a PR firm. Reputation Scorecard makes their work faster and cheaper.
Why not just do this myself?
You can. It takes about 20 hours a month to do well. You have to know what to search for, how to score it, and what to fix first. Most people do not have that kind of time. Reputation Scorecard does 95% of the work for you and tells you exactly what to do with the rest.
Still have questions?
