It includes 10 credits per month and priority support. Platinum adds AI coaching with future forecasting, crisis detection, Reputation Autopilot, daily habits tracking, and the full privacy protection suite (reverse image search, deepfake detection, data broker removal, exposure scans, breach alerts, and peer benchmarking). Platinum is for executives, founders, and public figures who need maximum protection.

How does the 50% annual discount work?

Annual billing saves you 50% across all paid tiers. Premium is $14.50 per month billed yearly ($174 per year), versus $29 per month monthly. Platinum is $34.50 per month billed yearly ($414 per year), versus $69 per month monthly. This launch pricing is locked through August 2026, and once you subscribe, your rate stays locked for as long as you remain a member.

What happens to my credits if I do not use them?

All credits last 60 days from the date they are allocated. Premium and Platinum monthly credits stack with the next month, so you can carry up to two months of credits at once. Older credits are always used first to minimise waste. Free plan credits are lifetime and never expire.

Can I buy extra credits?

Yes. Premium and Platinum members can buy credit packs starting at $5 per credit, with bulk discounts up to 40% off (1 credit $5, 5 credits $20, 10 credits $35, 20 credits $60). Purchased credits last 60 days. Free users can upgrade to Premium or Platinum to unlock credit packs.

What is the Family & Friends plan?

The Family & Friends plan gives full Premium access to up to 4 people (you plus 3 family or friends) for $79 per month, or $39.50 per month billed yearly. That is 32% less than 4 individual Premium accounts, with 40 total credits per month (10 per person). Each person gets their own private account with full Premium features.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you upgrade to Premium or Platinum and decide it is not for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription. Email billing@reputationscorecard.ai with your account email and we process refunds within one business day. Full terms apply.

How long does it take to see my score?

Accepted Answer

Your first official scan typically completes in 2 to 4 hours. During peak demand it can take up to 12 hours or more. We email you the moment your score is ready. Premium and Platinum members can run additional on-demand scans whenever they want, using their monthly credits.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is processed and stored exclusively in the European Union (Frankfurt). Reputation Scorecard is GDPR compliant by design, encrypted at rest and in transit, and we never sell your data. You can request a full data export or deletion from your account settings at any time.
