Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, we will refund you in full.

After we approve your refund, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method (card or bank account).

How to get your refund

Send one email

Email founder@reputationscorecard.ai with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email address and a brief note explaining why you are requesting a refund (optional but helpful for us to improve).

We confirm within 2 business days

We review your request and send a confirmation email. For requests within the 14-day window, we approve 100% of them. No negotiation, no pushback.

Money back in 5 to 10 business days

Once approved, we process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method. UK and EU bank transfers typically land in 3 to 5 days. Card refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your card provider.

AFTER A REFUND

What happens to your account and data

Your data stays yours under GDPR. Here is what changes after a refund.

Your account is downgraded, not deleted

After a refund your account moves to the free tier. You keep your basic reputation score. You lose access to the Evidence Hub, AI coaching, monthly rescans, and other paid features.

Your scan data is retained for 30 days

Your evidence items and score history are retained for 30 days after a refund. If you change your mind and resubscribe within that window, everything is restored. After 30 days, paid-tier data is deleted.

Full data deletion is always available

Under GDPR you have the right to erasure at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or email founder@reputationscorecard.ai. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

No auto-renewals after a refund

Refunding a subscription automatically cancels future renewal payments. You will not be charged again unless you choose to subscribe to a new paid plan.
