Can my clients see this is built on Reputation Scorecard?
On white-label plans, no. Your brand is what they see: your logo, your colours, your domain, your name in the reports. On co-brand plans, both brands appear (Powered by Reputation Scorecard). You pick which one fits your positioning.
What if a client wants to leave my agency and keep the platform?
They cannot, on white-label. The account is yours, the data is yours, the relationship is yours. If a client leaves you, the access leaves with you. If both sides want continuity, hand them off to us with a tracked referral (see Q4) and we will pay you 20% of their first 12 months.
How fast can my account team onboard a new client?
Under 5 minutes per client: enter their name, add their LinkedIn and website, choose the report cadence, done. The first weekly score is ready within 24 hours.
Do you give us a referral fee if we send small clients direct to you?
Yes, on the Network plan. If a client is too small for your agency to take on, send them to us with your tracking link, and we pay 20% of their first 12 months as a referral fee.
What support do my account managers get?
On Growth and above, you get a named account manager from our side, a Slack channel for fast questions, and quarterly product reviews. Starter plans get standard email support.
